What you will do

• Perform business and functional analysis for financial areas including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, and Procurement.
• Design processes and requirements to improve the hirify.global Platform.
• Lead solution design initiatives, structure business requirements, and evaluate vendor alternatives.
• Implement reporting solutions and establish business analysis templates and processes.
• Support ERP implementation, training, and go-live/post go-live activities.
• Collaborate with third-party providers on complex technical projects.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience with D365 F&O support or implementation.
• Knowledge of core business processes across Finance (Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, GL).
• Experience in ERP implementation phases and drafting functional specifications.
• Ability to manipulate data; expertise in Power BI is a plus.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency is mandatory.
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Porto, Portugal.
