What you will do

• Support the visual execution of station marketing campaigns, client commercials, and lifestyle content across three major stations.
• Manage shoots from concept to execution, including scouting locations and building lighting setups.
• Direct on-camera talent and station personalities to deliver authentic performances.
• Collaborate with producers, writers, and marketing leadership to bring strategic campaigns to life.
• Edit projects using Adobe Creative Cloud, performing color correction and audio cleanup.
• Deliver optimized content for broadcast, streaming, digital, and social platforms.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in cinematography, photography, or video production (news or agency preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and advanced editing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Willingness to join IBEW Local 98.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Philadelphia, PA.
