Focus on designing interactive training modules, coordinating onboarding events, and optimizing the employee experience.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the L&D team to design e-learning content, including storyboards, interactive modules, and training videos.
• Support localization and multimedia adaptation of internal communication materials.
• Assist with administrative processes, PX initiatives, and internal engagement campaigns.
• Coordinate with Branding, Procurement, and Marketing teams to support onboarding activities and events.
• Maintain project management tools and documentation, including meeting notes and planners.
• Provide logistical support for conference room reservations and event coordination.

Requirements

• 4th or 5th-year university student in Communications, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Proficiency with design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, ClipChamp).
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles and multimedia learning practices.
• English proficiency (B1 or higher).
• Must be based in San Salvador, El Salvador.
