What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage operational KPIs, cost price calculations, and business case evaluations.
• Lead, coach, and manage the finance team to enhance performance.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of SAP modules and digital financial tools.
• Manage cash flow planning, expenditure control, and treasury operations.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in financial management roles.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in Italian and English required.
• Experience with operational finance and supply chain controlling.
