What you will do

• Develop and ship features for art pipeline tools used across multiple game teams.
• Design architecture for subsystems, including data models, file formats, UI, and rendering.
• Collaborate with artists to identify workflow pain points and translate them into efficient tools.
• Ensure high-quality cross-platform performance and native feel on Windows and macOS.
• Partner with engine and game teams to manage pipeline boundaries.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with C++ in production environments.
• Proven track record of building non-trivial desktop user interfaces.
• Experience shipping cross-platform software for Windows and macOS.
• Solid understanding of graphics fundamentals (transforms, rendering pipelines, animation).
• Discipline in maintaining clean APIs, documentation, and code reviews.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of art pipelines and creative professional workflows.
• Experience with animation systems (keyframing, timelines, curve editors).
• Familiarity with immediate-mode UI frameworks like Dear ImGui.
• Background in 3D or game engine development.
