Location: Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid: at least 12 in-office days per month required)

What you will do
- Own and improve driver value proposition data quality across 40+ global markets to ensure accuracy and comparability.
- Design and maintain a centralized data collection process and standardized methodologies.
- Analyze versus competitor driver value propositions to identify gaps and strategic opportunities.
- Translate complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights for product, strategy, and leadership teams.
- Manage and evaluate a portfolio of internal and external data sources to expand coverage and reliability.
- Train and support internal stakeholders on CI tools and methodologies to foster a data-driven culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, consulting, or R&D with a focus on operational and data-driven work.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Research, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, SQL, and AI tools.
- Ability to break down complex problems into structured components and identify underlying drivers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia to comply with the hybrid office requirement.
