What you will do

• Prepare and issue sales invoices with accurate supporting documentation.
• Conduct detailed reconciliations to resolve customer discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Account Management, BI, and Legal teams on revenue operations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Review and improve revenue accounting processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in a Revenue Accountant or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Must be based in Malta for permanent employment.
