What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic clients to ensure long-term success.
- Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume and expand product adoption within key accounts.
- Proactively engage with inactive or at-risk clients to drive reactivation and loyalty.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver localized solutions.
- Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to strengthen the company's regional position.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales within fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing senior-level relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Experience working in or with emerging markets.
- Fluent French and professional proficiency in English.
- Must be based in Benin with flexibility for nationwide field visits.
Nice to have
- Experience in early-stage VC-backed startups or top-tier consultancy.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Knowledge of local languages in Benin.
