TL;DR

Application Security Specialist (IAM): Managing review/audit of application security and user access rights with an accent on onboarding and collaborating with stakeholders from both Business and IT. Focus on ensuring that the newly designed IAM processes and solutions are well understood and adopted.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000-1300 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and initiate project efforts.
• Support and collaborate with Business and IT teams through interviews or workshops to identify and document project deliverables.
• Conduct analysis and Quality Assurance on gathered documentation to identify needs for further documentation.
• Conduct analysis of access management and violations.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Information Security Specialist, Application Owner or Application Manager, preferably within Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cyber security projects.
• Good understanding of applications, transactions and access management.
• Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
