What you will do

• Process simple HR service cases and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Process HR system data related to benefits, pensions, insurance, time tracking, garnishments, and document management.
• Collaborate with HR Operations Administrators, Specialists, country teams, internal stakeholders, and clients.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, detailed work instructions, guidelines, and process documentation.
• Use SAP Payroll Control Centre and SAP integration monitoring tools to perform data controls and corrections.
• Meet payroll processing service-level agreements and deadlines.

Requirements

• Fluent Norwegian and English.
• At least 0.5 years of experience in an enterprise business outsourcing environment.
• Basic experience with calculations, data processing, and administrative tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet client needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop payroll expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll.
• Experience with call centre technology, HR analytics, or automation tools.
