What you will do

  • Support customers across multiple brands via live chat, email, social media, and public forums.
  • Onboard and educate players to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Collaborate with Player Protection, Sports, Payments, and Loyalty teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage incidents and escalations through Jira and Slack to achieve rapid resolutions.
  • Identify customer needs and provide efficient first-contact resolutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to GDPR and Gambling Regulatory Requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in live chat or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics concisely.
  • Target-driven mindset with a desire to consistently improve personal performance.
  • Reliability, a positive attitude, and alignment with core values (Aspire, Believe & Care).
  • CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the iGaming industry or Sportsbook knowledge.
  • Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish, or Finnish.
