What you will do

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding for prospective candidates.
• Support departments in hiring both blue-collar and white-collar workers.
• Lead employer branding initiatives on social networks.
• Expand candidate sources through online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with teams to develop online recruitment channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and recruitment channels.
• Good command of English.
