What you will do

• Develop and maintain the ML training platform and bidding infrastructure for production ML models.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in critical low-level system components.
• Ensure scalability and reliability through comprehensive performance and correctness testing.
• Benchmark open-source Big Data and ML technologies to evaluate their production suitability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or Scala, and experience with Linux.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and complex IT system design.
• Ability to optimize system performance and troubleshoot production environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and GPU programming.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and Big Data tools (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Flink).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud providers.
• Solid foundation in mathematics.
