What you will do

• Translate supply chain business requirements into ERP functional specifications and enhancement priorities.
• Ensure global alignment of supply chain processes with standard ERP functionality.
• Act as the primary interface between supply chain teams and IT ERP departments.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Training (UAT) for all ERP changes affecting the supply chain.
• Maintain training materials, onboard new users, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Process Management.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and business process optimization.
• Proven track record in implementing supply chain tools or ERP systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
