What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate the Danish Office Team to ensure efficient daily operations and high service standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including meeting arrangements, travel logistics, and office supply procurement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and external partners such as landlords and suppliers.
  • Continuously improve office routines and practices to meet evolving business needs.
  • Support finance processes, including invoice handling and cost settlements.
  • Perform hands-on office maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and functional environment.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in an Office Manager, Receptionist, or similar administrative role.
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven leadership experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite tools (Gmail, Docs, Calendar).
