Location: Hybrid (Rotterdam or Groningen, Netherlands)

What you will do

• Manage daily office operations, ensuring the workplace is organized, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Coordinate with suppliers using the Dutch language.
• Welcome and onboard new colleagues to help them integrate into the team.
• Organize internal events, celebrations, and office activities.
• Take initiative to improve office processes and overall workplace experience.
• Act as the primary go-to person for practical office support and coordination.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an MBO or HBO program in Office Management, Facility Management, or a similar field.
• Dutch fluency is mandatory for supplier communication.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Available 4–5 days per week for at least 5 months starting September 2026.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
