Salary: HUF 1,200,000 – HUF 1,560,000 monthly

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for FinCrime Operations service delivery.
• Design and implement sophisticated internal communication strategies to support large-scale organizational shifts.
• Establish governance processes for operational changes, performance management, and management information.
• Lead a team of specialists to drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
• Create an information architecture that ensures real-time visibility and transparency across all FinCrime domains.
• Design the cultural blueprint and leadership development initiatives for a diverse, distributed workforce.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Proven success in a central operations, transformation, or governance role.
• Expert-level proficiency in process design, strategic communications, and internal governance.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and coaching others on repeatable business processes like MBRs and OKR cycles.
• Ability to operate autonomously with high accountability and a passion for creating clarity from complexity.
• Must be able to travel to Tallinn and London a few times per year (4-5 days per trip).

Nice to have

• Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Organisational Development.
• Certifications in Project Management, Change Management, or internal coaching.
• Experience with OKR/Strategy tracking platforms.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
