What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements for HTA, Access, and Reimbursement processes.
• Translate regulatory workflows into clear product features and use cases.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to refine technical solutions.
• Lead workshops, requirement sessions, and demos for global and local stakeholders.
• Define data standards and improve data structures to ensure quality and governance.
• Monitor product adoption and recommend enhancements for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analysis or Business Analysis.
• Strong ability to simplify complex data and workflows.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global environments using Agile/Scrum.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Mural, and MS Office tools.
• English: Proficiency in written and spoken communication is required.
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, or HTA domains.
• Knowledge of resource planning systems or enterprise-level platforms.
• Experience supporting the rollout of global products.
