What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate all activities for the PROREFISH project to ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate project components to ensure timely and quality delivery of activities.
• Manage actions at the institutional level with public and private sector partner entities and key actors.
• Prepare and oversee project work-plans, budgets, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure advocacy, capacity building, and technical supervision of works under the project.
• Maintain linkages between components, contracts, and concerned partners.

Requirements

• Advanced University Degree (Master's Degree or equivalent) in Fisheries, Natural Resources, Biological Sciences or related areas.
• Experience in the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with the Gambian context is required.
• Good writing and research skills, and computer literacy.
• Strong results focus.
