Location: Bucharest or Cluj, Romania. Ideally located in the western part of Romania (e.g., Timisoara, Alba Iulia, Lugoj, Caransebes) to be close to customers. Requires extensive travel by car (approx. 80% of the time).

What you will do

• Install, commission, and maintain Processing equipment at customer sites, including site preparation.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities following global hirify.global standard procedures.
• Operate complex equipment using the latest automation technology.
• Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction through professional service.
• Identify and escalate food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory issues.
• Act as a company ambassador while adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements

• Technical or engineering background with at least 2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Valid driving license (B category) and willingness to travel extensively.
• English: Good command of written and oral skills required.
• Strong mechanical experience (advantage).
• Experience in the food industry or with hirify.global equipment (beneficial).
