What you will do

• Maintain and manage hotel hardware and peripheral equipment, ensuring optimal working conditions.
• Install and update software in compliance with licensing laws and corporate guidelines.
• Act as Data Security Officer, overseeing operational security, data backups, and virus protection.
• Manage user authorizations, including the secure storage and updating of IDs and passwords.
• Coordinate with local hardware dealers and maintenance contractors for technical support.
• Conduct monthly software training for hotel staff to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• English: Very good proficiency required
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Aqaba, Jordan
• Ability to maintain hardware and support various hotel departments.
• Knowledge of data processing and data protection laws.
• Availability to be reachable for urgent technical problems outside of regular duty hours.
