What you will do

• Guide customers through the entire pentesting lifecycle, from pre-test setup to post-test remediation.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for complex security inquiries and result validation.
• Advise customers on prioritizing and fixing vulnerabilities within their specific architectural context.
• Collaborate with the AI pentesting team to translate real-world customer insights into product improvements.
• Ensure high-quality, smooth engagements that deliver maximum value to the customer.

Requirements

• Hands-on professional pentesting experience.
• Strong background in application or infrastructure security.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to human stakeholders.
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a consultative capacity.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or CREST are considered a plus.
