What you will do

• Create and publish a consistent stream of high-impact, founder-led content on LinkedIn, X, and other owned channels.
• Shadow the CEO and interview company leaders to translate raw material into social-optimized narratives.
• Build and deploy AI agents and workflows to monitor trends and automate the content pipeline.
• Develop a distinct founder voice to establish the company as a category-defining authority in applied AI.
• Engage with industry threads and write long-form essays or op-eds to build category authority.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to amplify product launches and customer stories.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in executive communications, content, or executive-facing roles (e.g., Chief of Staff, EA).
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with fluency in social media best practices.
• Deep AI fluency, including active use of AI tools and excitement for building automations.
• High executive presence and the ability to collaborate directly with the CEO.
• Strong organizational skills to autonomously manage editorial calendars and reporting.
• Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS, AI, and local business landscape.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic content workflows.
• Familiarity with vertical industries such as auto, home services, or healthcare/aesthetics.
