What you will do
- Investigate and resolve complex customer problems related to 's portfolio of products.
- Own and manage support cases from qualification to resolution according to SLAs.
- Engage directly with customers via phone, ticketing systems, and remote sessions.
- Contribute to and maintain the internal and external knowledge base articles.
- Participate in a regular weekend working rotation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and fix Ubuntu development issues.
Requirements
- Must be home-based in Singapore
- Professional written and spoken English (C1+)
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Linux troubleshooting, including log analysis and editing configuration files.
- Experience with Linux integration (authentication/directory services, network file systems).
- Fundamental programming skills in any language.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events
