Quality Assurance Tester

What you will do

• Review specifications, technical designs, and impact analysis to ensure business requirements are testable.
• Prepare detailed Test Plans and Test Cases and execute manual tests to verify system functionality.
• Report test results, record defects, and perform re-testing upon resolution.
• Produce and maintain training materials, including manuals and presentations.
• Support customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through issue tracking and resolution.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company anti-corruption policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in black box testing techniques.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or a strong willingness to learn the tool.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Must be based in Athens, Greece for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Foundation certificate in Software Testing.
