What you will do

• Design and implement a comprehensive retail audit system from the ground up.
• Lead inventory and compliance auditing across retail outlets, including physical counts and variance reconciliation.
• Perform compliance checks on branding, health and safety, and operational processes.
• Analyze audit results and operational data to identify patterns, risks, and strategic insights.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention controls and provide field-level support.
• Present detailed audit findings and corrective action plans to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in audit, compliance, or retail operations.
• Expertise in inventory management, variance analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in audit software and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving audit frameworks.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to drive accountability without direct line authority.
• Professional audit certification (CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
