• Create and implement advanced tools and automation for security monitoring and incident response.
• Translate complex security objectives into well-defined architectural requirements.
• Provide high-level feedback during code and design reviews to foster a security-first culture.
• Identify and redirect inefficient technical paths to maximize ROI for the firm.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Proven ability to make high-stakes technical decisions with long-term positive outcomes.
• Strong experience in strategic problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Startup experience is required.
• Ability to handle complex escalations and security incidents with discipline.
• Proficiency with technologies including Python, Kubernetes, Snowflake, AWS, and Terraform.
