hirify.global is a financial operating system for global businesses providing corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end month-end close process to ensure financial reporting accuracy.
• Oversee monthly tax filings, including income tax, payroll taxes, and annual returns in Brazil.
• Automate and improve accounting processes in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Partner with the product team to develop features enhancing the functionality of the hirify.global platform.
• Perform technical accounting research and document new policies and procedures.
• Support accounts payable (AP) and the design of internal controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, financial institutions, startups, or fintech.
• Proven experience with month-end close processes and cross-functional process documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Macros.
• Experience working with national tax portals.
• Fluent English proficiency as the primary internal communication language.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil for hybrid office attendance.

• Experience with Sage Intacct.
