What you will do

• Transform large datasets into actionable insights to inform business decisions and customer experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to align on objectives and define success metrics.
• Analyze customer lifecycles and game performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate feature impact.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards, models, and reporting solutions.
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of business analytics or data science experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
• Foundational understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
