What you will do

• Process vendor payments and maintain account records in compliance with organizational and donor policies.
• Manage monthly petty cash reports, bank reconciliations, and financial field vouchers.
• Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing quotations, vendor selection, and contract administration.
• Coordinate logistics for programme meetings, workshops, field activities, and staff travel.
• Maintain a structured document management system on SharePoint and ensure audit readiness of all records.
• Support the Country Operations and Finance Manager in implementing company SOPs and security protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Right to live and work in Uganda (no visa sponsorship).
• Demonstrated experience in operations and financial management within donor-funded contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with FCDO, USAID, or UN projects.
• Familiarity with Cost Point software.
• Experience using mobile money or payment platforms like Beyonic.
