What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality gameplay code using Unity and C#.
• Optimize mobile game performance, focusing on frame rate, memory usage, stability, and loading times.
• Design and implement gameplay systems, development tools, and technical solutions.
• Mentor mid-level developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, QA, and product stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, roadmap discussions, and technical scoping.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in Unity and C# game development.
• Proven experience in mobile profiling and optimization for Android and/or iOS.
• Strong expertise in memory management, asset loading, and runtime stability.
• Deep understanding of gameplay programming, game architecture, and maintainable code design.
• Experience refactoring mature codebases to improve technical health.
• English: Good proficiency required.
