What you will do

• Oversee all elements of the hirify.global Cadet Program and establish strategic goals for the organization and external partners.
• Manage the program calendar and recruitment processes, ensuring a constant communication stream with enrolled cadets.
• Develop target market strategies in alignment with long-term network development plans.
• Implement cross-functional processes via PROMAPP and initiate marketing activities to boost program awareness.
• Liaise with service providers and manage contracts to maintain strict airline standards in training.
• Track trainee applications and progress while staying updated on regulatory changes in pilot training.

Requirements

• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
• 3-5+ years of overall professional working experience.
• 2+ years of experience in managing cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Must be able to travel.
