What you will do

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the Katalis Business Partnership Fund (KBPF) strategy.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day focal point for partners to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor partnership budgets, including forecasting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team to collect and validate performance and impact data.
  • Analyze market constraints and partnership barriers to incorporate insights into the program strategy.
  • Ensure partners meet compliance requirements, including DFAT and hirify.global safeguarding and social standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, international development, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in partnership coordination, project implementation, or donor-funded programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-stakeholder coordination and activity reporting.
  • Experience documenting performance data within a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) context.
  • Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Postgraduate qualification.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive business, SME development, and market system approaches.
  • Experience working on Indonesia-Australia programs or the local trade and investment landscape.
