What you will do

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and services.
  • Build and maintain backend systems, APIs, integrations, and AI workflows.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven products and internal accelerators.
  • Collaborate across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI initiatives to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions and engineering standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong professional experience with Python and backend engineering.
  • Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or automation workflows.
  • Experience designing and building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Advanced English level required for daily communication with global teams.

Nice to have

  • Frontend experience with React or similar technologies.
  • Exposure to Snowflake or modern data platforms.
  • Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
