What you will do

• Create on-brand visuals and edit short-form videos for reels and social campaigns.
• Develop creative storytelling approaches and audience engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with editorial and design teams to validate information and secure approvals.
• Monitor community engagement and respond to comments.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Professional experience in social media content production and platform management.
• Full working proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for corporate or institutional audiences.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content on mobile devices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media advertising.
