What you will do

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals and high-impact business pitches.
• Analyze customer requirements to design and implement effective cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting the value and advantages of vendor technologies.
• Provide technical presales support and training to the reseller channel's sales and technical teams.
• Manage KPIs related to sales, profitability, and stock for assigned product lines.
• Coordinate demand-generation activities, including customer workshops, tradeshows, and events.

Requirements

• Must be located in or have the right to work in Dubai, UAE.
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a presales or technical sales role.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Proven ability to adapt to various technical and business requirements.

Nice to have

• IT security certifications (highly advantageous).
• CCNA, CCNA Security, or CCDA certifications.
• General certifications in computer networking and cybersecurity.
