What you will do

• Perform demand calculations and handle the creation and follow-up of purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for suppliers.
• Manage and optimize stock levels to ensure continuous production flow.
• Update and maintain procurement data within the ERP system.
• Execute quotation requests and lead price negotiations with vendors.

Requirements

• Education or professional experience in purchasing and procurement.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and other relevant IT tools.
• Fluent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for financial impacts.
• Security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority may be required.
