What you will do

• Prioritize and refine the product backlog, managing defects, enhancements, and new features.
• Translate user feedback and business priorities into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain work items in MS Azure DevOps to support delivery planning and execution.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to deliver features and releases on schedule.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities and develop contingency plans for potential risks.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Kosice, Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Power BI.
• Technical background with knowledge of data engineering.
• Professional certifications: PSM, PSO, PAL-E, SAFe, PMI, or PMP.
