Location: Remote (CIS / Baku / Armenia / Almaty / Georgia / Russia)

What you will do

• Drive strategic partnerships and commercial growth in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tadzhikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and other CIS countries.
• Act as the regional owner for key external relationships, ensuring alignment between partners and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the company in senior-level discussions across multiple markets.
• Manage the product, operational, and financial implications of partnership models.
• Develop and execute long-term business objectives within the regional fintech ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within payments or fintech.
• Proven track record of managing senior-level relationships across multiple CIS markets.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience closing complex, multi-country agreements.
• Solid understanding of cross-border business models and fund flows.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Willingness to travel across CIS as needed.

• Experience working with regional or global platforms operating in CIS.
• Deep familiarity with payment ecosystems across CIS markets.
• Exposure to complex partnership models involving multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience acting as a regional lead or informal manager across countries.
