What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives for a sub-domain within the Driver team.
• Prototype and validate product ideas through rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate insights into product decisions.
• Contribute to the global design system to raise the overall quality bar for the Driver team.
• Balance speed and craft while managing multiple design initiatives.
• Present structured design thinking and influence decisions with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping digital products at scale.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and interaction design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and research tools.
• Experience working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
• Daily use of AI tools to optimize workflow and productivity is a baseline expectation.
