What you will do

• Lead the R&D hardware team covering both mechanics and electronics development
• Manage collaboration with external partners on hardware development
• Drive new product development and continuous product improvements
• Ensure hardware procedures and documentation meet relevant regulatory standards
• Set clear performance targets, monitor quality metrics, and allocate resources across projects
• Coach team members and foster an environment of professional growth

Requirements

• Previous experience leading technical teams
• Strong electromechanical expertise and proficiency with hardware tools and test methods
• Relevant degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a similar field
• Experience working within regulatory standards or similarly regulated environments
• Fluent English proficiency
• Valid EU work authorization
