What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic quality plans for the E-Mobility and battery segment.
• Manage the annual quality budget and monitor key performance indicators like scrap and rework costs.
• Lead internal and external audits including IATF16949 and customer-specific requirements.
• Ensure product and process quality by identifying weak areas and implementing corrective actions.
• Analyze customer field failures and negotiate effective quality measures with clients.
• Oversee the implementation of the company management system and relevant work instructions.

Requirements

• Higher Education in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Several years of proven management experience.
• Deep knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and core tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP).
• Proficiency in 8D methodology, Q7-Tools, and SPC.
• Strong negotiation and intercultural communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German language.
• Experience with CAQ systems like QSYS or SAP.
