TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Bogotá, Colombia)

hirify.global is an AI-powered revehirify.global architecture platform that unifies CPQ, billing, and revehirify.global lifecycle management into a single system for modern SaaS businesses.

What you will do

  • Lead customer technical design and implementation as part of the Professional Services team.
  • Provide deep technical expertise on the configuration, integration, and customization of the hirify.global platform.
  • Deliver customized solutions, including integrations with ERP and other third-party systems.
  • Conduct technical deep dives and guide customers on API best practices and data imports.
  • Own and drive technical customer implementations from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to drive product solutions and ensure SDLC compliance.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience implementing and integrating software solutions, ideally in Billing, CRM, or ERP domains.
  • Strong Salesforce administration and Apex experience.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL and REST API/web services.
  • Experience using integration and automation platforms like Tray.io.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Ability to work with global teams and maintain composure under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Previous consulting experience implementing software solutions.
  • Experience in Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL).
