• Develop and maintain a regular webinar schedule, including topics, speakers, frequency, and target audience.
• Manage the full cycle of webinar organization, from concept to launch, including speaker selection, content coordination, promotion, execution, and post-processing.
• Plan and conduct offline events such as business breakfasts, industry conferences, and closed meetings for key clients.
• Negotiate with partners on joint events and cross-promotions.
• Select external conferences for Teachbase participation as a speaker or partner, and organize this participation.
• Develop an event strategy synchronized with business goals and sales plans.

Требования

• Experience in independently organizing webinars from idea to lead generation and reporting.
• Experience in building a regular event schedule, not just one-off events.
• Understanding of how event activities impact business metrics and willingness to be accountable for registrations, SQL, and lead plans.
• Experience working with partners, including negotiating joint events and cross-promotions.
• Experience conducting offline events.
• Understanding of how to select external conferences for company participation and how to organize this participation.
• Ability to clearly assign tasks to related teams for traffic, landing page design, mailings, and design.
