TL;DR
CRM & Customer Lifecycle Specialist (CRM): Developing and implementing scalable engagement strategies for the SMB segment to drive customer onboarding and adoption with an accent on CRM automation and customer journey design. Focus on optimizing communication plans, monitoring KPIs via data analysis, and scaling the results presentation process.
Location: Hybrid (São Paulo, Brazil). Must be based in São Paulo and open to visiting the office once a week.

What you will do
- Implement scalable methods for customer engagement and conversion within the SMB segment.
- Develop and execute communication plans to maximize employee adoption of the platform.
- Create recovery actions and scalable plans for clients with low engagement.
- Manage and scale the 30-day results presentation process.
- Act as a PMO for SMB clients, leading the engagement process and creating communication plans.
- Collaborate with onboarding and client success teams to optimize internal processes.
Requirements
- Based in São Paulo, Brazil with availability for weekly office visits.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, customer journey design, or CRM automation.
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM automation and data-driven analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, Notion, and Canva.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
