What you will do

• Partner with science and product teams to build datasets that accelerate model capabilities, skills, and behaviors.
• Manage contractor teams and vendor relationships, overseeing sourcing, contracts, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee collection campaigns and develop dashboards to track throughput, budget, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional communications to anticipate risks and ensure tooling is in place for efficient data ingestion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical program management within a research or data-related field.
• Strong understanding of contractor/vendor management and data collection operations.
• Proficiency in Python (SQL knowledge is appreciated).
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interest in and understanding of AI technologies.
