What you will do

• Execute manual tests across web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android), including regression, sanity, and exploratory testing.
• Identify critical and major bugs early in the development cycle and produce structured, reproducible bug reports.
• Contribute to the improvement of test cases and overall test coverage.
• Collaborate daily with Product, Tech, Customer Care, and QA teams.
• Prioritize testing efforts based on impact, severity, and timelines.
• Develop a deep understanding of user workflows and business logic to ensure contextual testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Analyst (minimum 2 years).
• Hands-on experience with web, mobile (iOS & Android), and API testing on real devices and emulators.
• Proficiency in writing clear, structured test cases and test plans.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
