QA Specialist (Haifa)
We are a medtech startup and we are looking for an Israeli-based QA Specialist.
The role blends product support, troubleshooting and QA work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first‑line technical support for customers and internal teams
- Investigate and reproduce issues, analyze logs, validate data and escalate bugs to R&D when needed
- Execute manual QA activities, including writing test cases, performing testing and validating new features
- Document processes, create internal knowledge base and help improve support and QA workflows
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple countries, including R&D, PM and clinical operations
- Contribute to improving system stability by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements
Requirements:
Hard skills:
- Experience with QA processes, including writing test scenarios, test cases, test checklists, executing testing and reporting results/bugs
- Working with logs
- Jira for ticket management and Confluence for documentation
- Browser DevTools
- Postman to test API
- JSON structure and API request/responses process knowledge
- SQL for querying and validating data; comfort working with databases
- Ability to work with SFTP clients and ShareFile
- Experience in writing clear documentation and maintaining internal knowledge bases
Soft skills:
- Clear and fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Hebrew is a strong advantage
- High attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents, logs and data
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to break down issues logically
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple issues simultaneously
- Ownership mentality, ensuring issues are followed through to full resolution
- Curiosity to understand system architecture, workflows, and customer use cases
- Comfort working in a dynamic startup environment on a new project with an international team
Advantages:
- Understanding of AI/LLM‑based workflows
- Prompt-engineering experience
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology
- Java/Python knowledge

Working hours: from 09:00 am Israel time.
Partly remote, partly on-site.
