What you will do

• Collaboratively ideate, design, prototype, and review new Golf Clash courses.
• Create holes that deliver readable, fair, and engaging risk/reward decisions across different player skill levels.
• Maintain clear per-hole documentation covering key design details and live-ops considerations.
• Collaborate with Product and Live-Ops to optimize course performance and tour progression.
• Work with the Environment Art team to ensure courses are visually clear and developed to a high standard.
• Propose improvements to existing holes based on player telemetry, product priorities, and team feedback.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working in a game development studio.
• Proven track record of working on level content or gameplay design for a published game.
• Strong literacy in golf and an understanding of course design principles.
• Solid grasp of core level design principles and greyboxing.
• Foundational understanding of industry-standard 3D software.
• Proficiency with game development tools including Confluence and JIRA.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Manchester or Cheshire, UK

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a Mobile Game Development Studio.
• Experience supporting games with a significant user base through live operations.
• Understanding of mobile free-to-play economies and their impact on gameplay content.
• Degree in a game design related subject or equivalent experience.
