What you will do

• Design and develop multiple game projects, iterating based on stakeholder feedback to ensure they are fun and marketable.
• Pitch original game concepts and refine ideas submitted by team members and external inventors.
• Facilitate and participate in both in-person and remote playtesting sessions.
• Write accessible game instructions and scripts for "How to Play" videos.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Operations, Production, and Sourcing teams to support publication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in tabletop game design and development.
• Strong knowledge of successful mass-market retail party games and player motivations.
• Proven experience writing and editing game rules and instructional scripts.
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Los Angeles, CA
